The Lab 20 News Team is recruiting volunteer writers. Become an insider in college football!
At Lab20, we let you have your say. If you want to join the Lab20 News Team on a volunteer basis, i.e., without getting monetary compensation for your efforts, then all you have to do is let us know.
To join our team, write us an email telling us a bit about yourself. Help us get to know a little about you, your area of expertise and team of choice. Also, send us a short writing sample, so we can see if you have what we’re looking for.
While we can’t promise to accept every budding writer out there, we will give every applicant a fair chance.
Although some of you might have experience writing news content, for those of you who are just starting out, here’s a few tips to write the sort of articles we’re looking for.
- Lab20 is a news source and not a discussion forum. Therefore, try to write about topics which you think will appeal to a wider audience.
- Make sure your submission is written using proper grammar and spelling. No matter how relevant and interesting your topic may be, if it doesn’t use good language, we can’t publish it.
And one more thing- We review submissions on an individual basis only. That means that getting one submission published doesn’t guarantee that your future submissions will have the same luck.
Good luck,
Lab20 - News Staff
